Sailing Vessel Quinine

Purchased in Tacoma, Washington for $750, this 1972 Newport Sailboat took over two months to repair. After two engine overhauls, a wiring harness replacement with an added solar system, heaps of interior work, new plumbing, and the acquisition of a Yugoslavian dinghy, we set sail for Glacier Bay Alaska and eventually sold the boat in Juneau.
